let me explain. no. i did not take this picture on the 27th. it's part of the new york film set. but on the 27th, i took it into the darkroom and used an overhead transparency to project these words onto it. so i think that's enough to say that i created this photograph on the 27th.

so, i'm sorry to say that three of the photos from the latest set were in fact taken with my cell phone (this being one of them). for various reasons. on this day, there was oil on the lens of my good camera, and so my cell was the only option. i took them into photoshop and cropped them a bit so that they're more abstract and snazzy, but ultimately it's still a little lameee. oh well.(this is a closeup of the face of a figure from a foooooozball table)

YES. i know! the night of the art auction i DEFINITELY should've been able to come up with something more innovative than this. I KNOW! but it was a crazy night! deal with it!
april 28th
worked on this catastrophe project for ...several...hours the night before the art auction. but it paid off :)
